Welcome to Zeus Auto Spa. By using our website, booking services, or allowing us to perform mobile car detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
Zeus Auto Spa provides mobile car detailing services, including interior cleaning, exterior washing, full detailing packages, and optional add-ons. All services are performed at the location provided by the customer.
2. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled through our website or by phone. Times are subject to availability. The customer agrees to provide accurate contact information and location details. Any changes to the appointment must be communicated promptly.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged. Zeus Auto Spa accepts cash, card, or other agreed-upon payment methods. Additional charges may apply for add-on services or vehicles larger than standard sizes.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Zeus Auto Spa reserves the right to charge a fee for last-minute cancellations or missed appointments.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers should remove personal items and valuables from the vehicle prior to detailing. Zeus Auto Spa is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items left inside the vehicle.
6. Liability
Zeus Auto Spa provides mobile car detailing services, including interior cleaning, exterior washing, full detailing packages, and optional add-ons. All services are performed at the location provided by the customer.
7. Additional Services & Upgrades
Optional services such as pet hair removal, engine bay cleaning, tire shine, polishing, and stain removal are provided at the customer’s request. Any additional fees or service requirements will be discussed prior to performing these services.
8. Monthly Maintenance Plan
Customers enrolled in the Monthly Maintenance Plan agree to the payment schedule and service frequency outlined at the time of sign-up. Changes or cancellations require prior notice as outlined above.
9. Privacy and Contact
Customer contact information is used solely to schedule, confirm, and provide mobile detailing services. By submitting your information, you consent to being contacted by Zeus Auto Spa regarding your service request.
10. Modifications
Zeus Auto Spa reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
